Sources checked 4 October 2026 · 3 min read
The 2026 season ends with three long-haul weekends in three weeks. Here’s what each race sells for hospitality, and how to plan the travel.
Three race weekends
19–21 November 2026
- Where
- Las Vegas, Nevada
27–29 November 2026
- Race
- Qatar Grand Prix
4–6 December 2026
- Where
- Yas Marina Circuit
All three run late: Las Vegas races on the Saturday night, Qatar under floodlights and Abu Dhabi at twilight. The same three close the 2027 season too: Las Vegas on 18–20 November, Qatar on 3–5 December (a Sprint weekend) and Abu Dhabi on 10–12 December.

Las Vegas
Formula 1’s own hospitality programme, F1 Experiences, calls Las Vegas a Saturday-night race down the Strip. It sells three-day Paddock Club packages for the weekend, from Thursday to Saturday.
The Paddock Club is Formula 1’s hospitality at every race, with a view of the track, food and an open bar, but what it includes varies:
“Programming and Experiences are subject to change. These are sample inclusions and can change depending on the Grand Prix™ you select.”
Your host confirms the other hospitality on offer in Las Vegas when you enquire.

Qatar
“Held under the circuit’s iconic floodlights, this penultimate round will feature 22 drivers representing 11 teams.”
Lusail’s hospitality includes a lounge on Lusail Hill, Formula 1’s Champions Club and an experience run by a Doha restaurant, and Formula 1’s own programme sells Paddock Club packages for the weekend. Lusail says its own tickets and hospitality packages are sold only through its ticket website, so ask us first: your host will tell you plainly which options we can arrange.
Every ticket there comes with more than the racing:
“Every ticket includes entry to the Fanzone, food court, post-race concerts, and merchandise outlets, along with complimentary shuttle service, free parking, and a dedicated taxi pick up and drop off zone.”

Abu Dhabi
“The F1® circuit features a number of cutting-edge and luxurious hospitality suites and is renowned for its stunning twilight Grand Prix™, typically held as the season finale for F1®.”
Yas Marina Circuit sells grandstand, general admission, and suite and hospitality tickets, and says a ticket covers more than the race:
“Your ticket is more than just a pass to the race—it’s your gateway to exploring Yas Island and Abu Dhabi.”
Four-day ticket holders get a day at one of Yas Island’s theme parks or at teamLab Phenomena, though some ticket types are excluded. The circuit also publishes its own list of approved ticket sellers and warns that tickets obtained outside its sales channels will not be accepted. We source hospitality through venues, promoters and their appointed hospitality partners, and your host confirms how your places are supplied before you commit.

Flights, hotels and race tickets
Three long-haul weekends in a row make flights and hotels as important as the hospitality. Our sister travel team at Sporting Escapes Group can quote flights, hotels and transfers alongside your race days.
Race tickets carry the rights holders’ conditions. Lusail’s ticket terms, for example, say:
“No ticket for the Event may be used by any person for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes including without limitation, prizes, competitions, contests, sweepstakes or packaged with hospitality or other products without the prior written consent of FOWC and the Promoter first being obtained.”
Yas Marina’s terms carry the same condition. So where race tickets and travel go together, your host confirms the rights holder’s conditions before quoting.
