What to expect

Hospitality at Epsom Derby

We source hospitality through venues, promoters and their appointed hospitality partners, and confirm exactly what is available for your date before you commit.

Hospitality at the Derby Festival

Epsom’s hospitality is a mix of restaurants and private boxes. Restaurant packages range from a three-course seated lunch with afternoon tea and an inclusive bar to five-course à la carte dining at private tables. Private boxes come with your own balcony and a personal host through the day.

Dress code depends on where you are

There is no set dress code in the Grandstand, Upper Tattenham or on The Hill, though team colours are not permitted. On Derby Day the Queen Elizabeth II Stand has a dress code that applies to its hospitality guests too: black or grey morning dress with a top hat, service dress or full national costume, or formal day dress or a tailored trouser suit with a hat or substantial fascinator.
