What to expect

Hospitality at Cheltenham Festival

We source hospitality through venues, promoters and their appointed hospitality partners, and confirm exactly what is available for your date before you commit.

What hospitality looks like at the Festival

Festival hospitality is built around restaurants and private boxes placed across the racecourse, from the heart of the course to boxes overlooking the winning line. The racecourse describes its menus as built on locally sourced produce. Your quote names the restaurant or box, the menu and the drinks.

Dress code

The Jockey Club has no formal dress code for the Festival, though many racegoers like to dress up. Fancy dress is not permitted in hospitality, the restaurants or the Club Enclosure. Most car parks are a walk from the course, so wear footwear that suits the weather.
