Le Mans is a week, not just a race: the organiser’s hospitality runs from midweek to the Sunday finish, through the day and the night. Tell us how many guests, which days and how you would like to travel, and your host puts the hospitality, the journey and somewhere to stay into one written quote.

What to expect
We source hospitality through venues, promoters and their appointed hospitality partners, and confirm exactly what is available for your date before you commit.
The Automobile Club de l’Ouest, which founded and organises the race, has confirmed the 95th edition, with several big manufacturers returning to the Hypercar class. The circuit is 13.626 kilometres long and takes in the pit straight, the Dunlop Curve, the Mulsanne Straight and Indianapolis.

The organiser’s VIP packages are a turnkey programme: entry to a hospitality venue with its own viewpoint, catering and drinks, and activities through the race. The top lounge sits above the pits, looking over the pit lane, the pit straight and the Dunlop Curve, with high-end catering and an open bar, paddock and grid-walk access, and a view of the starting ceremony. Some packages cover the whole week, Wednesday to Sunday; others a single practice day.

For a group of your own there are private venues: a trackside terrace in the heart of the village for 18 guests a day, looking at the cars coming out under the Dunlop Bridge, or a lounge in the pit building from 40 m², furnished and available from Wednesday to Sunday, which you can personalise.

The organiser also offers a helicopter flight over the circuit and a passenger lap alongside a professional racing driver. Tell us whether you would rather drive or fly and where you would like to stay; our sister travel team can put the journey and the hotel on the same plan as your hospitality.
