What to expect
We source hospitality through venues, promoters and their appointed hospitality partners, and confirm exactly what is available for your date before you commit.
The Regatta’s hospitality is delivered by its appointed hospitality providers: a riverside restaurant, private riverside chalets with a garden overlooking the course, and Temple Island at the start of the course, with a formal lunch for 40 guests or a more relaxed package for 40 to 70. Your host tells you plainly what can be arranged through that channel and sends the dress code for where you will be.

The Stewards’ Enclosure is for Members and their guests and has a strict code. Ladies wear dresses or skirts with a hemline below the knee, jackets or blazers with trousers, or trouser suits; hats are customary but not required. Gentlemen wear lounge suits, or jackets or blazers with trousers, with a tie or cravat. No shorts, leggings, tracksuits or jeans, and children aged ten and over must follow the same code. The Regatta Enclosure is open to everyone and has no dress code, though many wear club blazers.

Yes in the Stewards’ Enclosure, which is strict (no jeans, shorts, leggings or tracksuits; ties or cravats for gentlemen; hemlines below the knee for ladies). The Regatta Enclosure has none.
The Stewards’ Enclosure is for Members and their guests. Your quote says which enclosure your hospitality uses, and your host sends its dress code.
Your host sends a written quote per guest, including VAT, that lists exactly what is included: the seat or table, food, drinks and any extras you ask for. There is no checkout and nothing to pay until you have agreed the quote.
