The experience
What rowing and sailing hospitality looks like
Henley Royal Regatta runs its own hospitality along the course, from riverside dining to Temple Island, where a group can have a formal sit-down lunch for 40 guests, and some packages add access to the Stewards’ Enclosure. The Boat Race offers hospitality on race day. At Cowes Week and SailGP, what is on offer depends on what each organiser releases for the year, so your host checks before quoting.

Dress codes and crowds
Henley’s Stewards’ Enclosure has a strict dress code, and anyone not dressed for it is refused admission. Ladies wear dresses or skirts with a hemline below the knee, jackets or blazers with trousers, or trouser suits. Gentlemen wear lounge suits, or jackets or blazers with trousers, with a tie or cravat. No shorts, leggings, tracksuits or jeans. The Regatta Enclosure has no dress code, though many wear club blazers. The Boat Race is regularly watched by over 200,000 spectators on the banks of the river.

Questions
Rowing & sailing hospitality, answered
Can you get us into the Stewards’ Enclosure at Henley?
The Stewards’ Enclosure is for Members and their guests, and some of the Regatta’s hospitality packages add access to it. Your quote says which enclosure yours includes.
Is there a dress code?
At Henley it depends on the enclosure: the Stewards’ Enclosure is strict and the Regatta Enclosure has none. Your host sends the rules for wherever you will be.
Can you add a hotel?
Yes. Our sister travel team at Sporting Escapes Group can add hotels and transfers to the same plan and quote.
