F1 hospitality explained
Sources checked 3 October 2026 · 2 min read
Formula 1 hospitality comes from two main places: the sport’s own premium programme, sold at every race, and each circuit’s own hospitality. Here’s how they differ, in their own words.
The Paddock Club
The Paddock Club is Formula 1’s own hospitality product, run at each Grand Prix and sold through F1 Experiences. Its page describes it like this:
“Occupying a privileged position to watch the action and offering world-class cuisine and free-flowing beverages, the F1 Paddock Club™ is the pinnacle of F1® hospitality.”
The page lists pit-lane walks each day, talks from drivers and team figures, and — on its top “Legend” packages only — priority access to the podium celebration. It also notes:
“Programming and Experiences are subject to change. These are sample inclusions and can change depending on the Grand Prix™ you select.”
Circuit hospitality
Circuits run their own hospitality too, usually with a much wider spread of styles and budgets. At Silverstone, for example, the range runs from festival-style spaces to a room above the pit lane:
“The fun of a festival, with racing sims, challenges and live bands”
“A front-row seat overlooking the start/finish line, with the buzz of the grid right below you”
Our British Grand Prix guide goes through Silverstone’s options in more detail.
Grandstand seats and lounges
Below full hospitality, many circuits sell grandstand seats with access to a lounge or bar. It’s a good fit if the racing matters more than the dining.
Choosing between them
- Where will you watch from: a terrace, a grandstand or a room?
- How much access do you want — pit lane, paddock, podium?
- Is the food plated or a buffet, and are drinks inclusive?
- One day or the whole weekend?
- Do you need hotels and transfers as well?
Tell us the race and the kind of day you want. Your host comes back with what’s available, every inclusion listed, and a per-guest price including VAT.
The 2027 season
“Formula 1 and the FIA have confirmed the 2027 calendar will span 24 rounds across five continents.”
The British Grand Prix is round 10, on 2–4 July 2027.
