Arena hospitality at The O2, Co-op Live and OVO Hydro

All three arenas sell hospitality two ways: memberships that cover a run of shows over a year, and bookings for a single show. Here is what each says it offers for one night, quoted from its own pages on 3 October 2026, and the questions worth asking before you book.
Memberships and single nights
The O2 puts it like this:
“Our VIP hospitality packages give you access to exclusive areas, private bars and luxurious suites - with options for single events, or year-round access through annual memberships.”
At Co-op Live, memberships have sold out, but one-off nights can still be arranged by enquiry:
“Premium memberships are now sold out. Enquire now to join the waitlist for year-round access with a premium membership.”
And at OVO Hydro, the executive suites work both ways:
“The ultimate way to watch events at the OVO Hydro, our Executive Suites are available to hire on an annual lease basis providing access for every public performance, as well as being available to hire for selected individual events.”
The O2, London
For a single show, The O2 hires out suites for the night:
“Our Premium Suites range from 20-24 seats and are the perfect private setting to watch or host your event. Your one-off experience includes parking, VIP entry and access to your own private bar throughout your event.”
Its guide also lists two parking passes, fast-track entry, a dedicated suite attendant and the option to pre-arrange catering with the in-house caterers. Its suites booking site puts suites at 15 to 24 tickets, so check the number for your suite. Food is ordered separately:
“Food and beverage is not included with your suite purchase.”
“Pre-orders must be submitted at least 7 working days before the event.”
Smaller groups can book seats in a shared suite with a private bar, or premium seats in front of one of the arena’s lounges, show by show.
Co-op Live, Manchester
“Suites accommodate up to 16 guests, providing the perfect setting for premium networking and entertainment.”
Co-op Live lists early entry through a premium entrance, a dedicated host, a private viewing platform with premium seats just outside the suite, and in-suite catering from menus you pre-order. For a single night it also sells premium tickets to two of its lounges, with its other lounges and suites available for one-off events by enquiry.

OVO Hydro, Glasgow
Each executive suite takes up to 16 guests at an event, with private balcony seating, a dedicated host and complimentary hospitality parking.
Smaller groups can book premium seats show by show. The Nest, on Level 3, comes with fast-track entry and lounge access before and after the show. The Terrace, on Level 2, has raised seats, a welcome drink and food and drink brought to your seat. Both are reached by stairs:
“Access to The Terrace is via stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with accessible requirements.”
A lounge upgrade adds a private table in the arena’s club lounge, but it isn’t a seat for the show itself:
“Bookings are only valid with a separately purchased ticket for the event.”
“The offer does not include alternative seating to watch the show.”
Questions to ask before you book
- Is it a private suite, a shared suite or seats in front of a lounge?
- How many seats does the suite have?
- Is food included, or ordered in advance, and by when?
- Are drinks included, or paid for on the night?
- Is parking included?
- Is there step-free access to the seats?
