Private suites, premium lounges and balcony seats in Birmingham city centre.
- Private suites: For up to 14 guests, with elevated private seating, a private lounge, food and drink arranged with the venue and car parking included. Hired for a single event or by the year.
- Premium packages: Show-by-show tickets with priority entry and lounge access. The top tier adds a pre-show dining menu and unlimited drinks in the lounge and through the show; others add a one-course meal or a welcome drink, and most include pre-booked parking.
- Lounges and balcony seats: A flagship lounge with city skyline views and direct access to premium seats on a balcony, and a balcony bar overlooking the stage. Premium seats are padded, with extra legroom.

How does a quote work?
Send the form with your date, group size and the kind of hospitality you’d like. A named host checks what’s available and replies with a written quote. Nothing is booked until you confirm it.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price we quote is per guest and includes VAT and any fees. Travel, if you add it, is shown separately on the same quote.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against your invoice. Payment is processed by Cherished Group Limited on behalf of Ticket Hospitality.
Can you arrange hotels and travel?
