Planning corporate hospitality for 2027: the calendar
Sources checked 3 October 2026 · 3 min read
Most corporate hospitality budgets are built around a handful of fixed dates. Here they are for late 2026 and 2027, each taken from the organiser’s or venue’s own page on 3 October 2026. Dates can move; your quote confirms the date in force when you book.

Group sizes worth knowing
Private spaces come in set sizes, which can decide the venue for you.
“Whether it’s with friends, family or clients, within the more formal dress code of the Royal Enclosure or the slightly more relaxed Queen Anne Enclosure, all our Boxes are catered to the very highest standards ranging in capacity from 10 to 72 people.”
At The O2, a full suite takes 15 to 24 tickets. Lord’s offers both private boxes and individual places in shared restaurants, so smaller groups don’t need a whole box.

Budgeting with VAT and policy in mind
Two rules shape most corporate budgets. HMRC’s starting point on VAT is short:
“You cannot recover input tax incurred on the provision of business entertainment expenses.”
And the Ministry of Justice’s Bribery Act guidance says reasonable and proportionate hospitality is not the target of the Act. Both are covered in more detail in our VAT and Bribery Act guides.
How to brief us
- The date, or a shortlist of two or three.
- How many guests, and whether they’re clients, your team or both.
- The style you want: a shared lounge, a private box or suite, or a restaurant table.
- A budget per guest, including VAT.
- The company name and address for the invoice.
Your host replies with a written quote that lists what’s included, priced per guest including VAT.
