Ways to be hosted
Hospitality differs from event to event here: some organisers sell it through one appointed provider, and some offer no packages. Your host checks what’s offered for your date and quotes it in writing.
What’s included
It depends on what the organiser and venue offer for your date. Your host checks, then lists exactly what’s included on your written quote.
Your written quote lists exactly what’s included for your date. See our guide to what’s included in VIP hospitality.
Good to know
Dress and age
Set by the venue for each hospitality area. Your host sends the details with your quote. Dress codes and age rules.
How we source
We source hospitality through venues, promoters and their appointed hospitality partners, and confirm exactly what is available for your date before you commit.
Before you enquire
Questions, answered
How does a quote work?
Send the form with your date, group size and the kind of hospitality you’d like. A named host checks what’s available and replies with a written quote. Nothing is booked until you confirm it.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price we quote is per guest and includes VAT and any fees. Travel, if you add it, is shown separately on the same quote.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against your invoice. Payment is processed by Cherished Group Limited on behalf of Ticket Hospitality.
Can you arrange hotels and travel?
Yes — our sister travel team at Sporting Escapes Group can add hotels, transfers and flights to the same plan.
Where does your hospitality come from?
We source hospitality through venues, promoters and their appointed hospitality partners, and confirm exactly what is available for your date before you commit.
