The Club Enclosure and reserved grandstand seats at the Royal Windsor Horse Show.
- Club Enclosure: A tented restaurant, bar and café, with a lawn looking onto the Castle Arena and members’ seats either side of the Royal Box.
- Club membership: Full membership covers all four days with a guest badge for each day; Day Membership covers the Thursday or the Friday. Both include forward parking and a souvenir programme.
- Reserved grandstand seats: A reserved seat at the Castle Arena, in the West Grandstand facing the Royal Box or the Castle Grandstand facing Windsor Castle.

How does a quote work?
Send the form with your date, group size and the kind of hospitality you’d like. A named host checks what’s available and replies with a written quote. Nothing is booked until you confirm it.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price we quote is per guest and includes VAT and any fees. Travel, if you add it, is shown separately on the same quote.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against your invoice. Payment is processed by Cherished Group Limited on behalf of Ticket Hospitality.
Can you arrange hotels and travel?
Yes — our sister travel team at Sporting Escapes Group can add hotels, transfers and flights to the same plan.
